People Are More Connected to Brands in Social Media More Than Ever

I wanted to share this recent report from The Curve,produced by NBCUniversal Integrated Media. It shows how people are more connectedto brands in Social Media, but that brands are ineffective.
The results of this survey were collected among 2,50018-49year olds in May, 2012. The group consisted of 2000 nationally representedcorrespondents and 500 digital trend setters (early adopters and highly activeon their social networks).
